2. Reporting Window & Conditions

  • Reporting Window: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.
  • Return Deductions: On approved returns, a 25% deduction charge will be applied after inspecting the product condition.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is fully responsible for paying the shipping cost of the return parcel.
  • Refund Method: All refunds are processed via cashless transfer directly into the user’s bank account (no cash handling).

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Order cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
